Can I buy a single bottle of wine?

Minimum purchase is any 6 bottles from the range.

What if we are not in when the wine is delivered?

Unless you have left some specific delivery instructions a calling card will be left with details of when we will call next.  We will leave phone details so you can call to make alternative delivery arrangements. 

How does Niseko Wine Supply ensure that the wine is delivered?

The delivery details section of the chekout asks for many more details than is normal.  This is to give more reference points so you can be located in the village.  You can reach our Japanese delivery staff by contacting us.

How can I be sure that my order is secure?

We take security matters seriously and work to ensure that the details you provide to us are protected. For full information on our security measures please consult the Security page.

I went to the checkout but was interrupted before I completed it - has my data been saved?

No. To protect your privacy, data entered during the checkout process is not saved until you click the "Confirm Order" button on the last page of the checkout.

How do I set up an account?

To set up an account we will need all your business details. This will require a credit
application form and placing an order - please note first order is off-line.

Can I buy in Yen?

If your membership is assigned as a Japan based member you can view the products and purchase in Yen.  Yen purchases are on a Cash-On-Delivery basis. Refer to our Japan Based Membership page for full details.
