A lovely, dry, savoury shiraz from the Margaret River. The supple, savoury, chocolate and dark plum flavours have a decent sprinkling of spice. The palate shows a little tannin assertiveness but the fruit kicks in to deliver a long rich finish. A most stylish wine.
